Yes, family members and friends often call on behalf of loved ones. We can provide information, answer questions, and help you understand how to support someone ready for treatment. However, the person must contact us themselves when ready to begin.

We offer affordable self-pay options and sliding scale fees based on income. Our case managers can also help you apply for Medicaid or other assistance programs—often qualifying patients within days.

Absolutely. All communications are protected by strict HIPAA privacy laws and 42 CFR Part 2 (federal substance abuse confidentiality regulations). We cannot share any information without your written consent.

Walk-ins are welcome Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. For methadone patients needing an initial intake, we recommend calling first to ensure a counselor is available. Same-day appointments are usually available.
